Mobile app design for staff & administrators

A secure, role-based portal that replaces paper and email: staff clock in, keep timestamped shift notes, record medication and incidents, and file statutory forms. Ava, as administrator, monitors shifts, reviews incidents and documents, manages clients, staff and forms, and exports reports. Every screen on this board is the live, working design.
